Midcentury Old European Cut Diamond Ring in 14k White Gold

Description

This wonderful midcentury ring features a beautiful Old European cut diamond and an openwork design along the profile of the ring. It has a delicate wheat engraving pattern on the shoulders, lending charming detail to this classic ring.

• The center diamond is an Old European Cut Diamond weighing approximately 0.55 carats and is graded as H color, VS2 clarity.
• The accent diamonds weigh an additional 0.15 carats
• Tested as 14k white gold
• This band is circa 1950 and shows some signs of wear commensurate with its age. The ring has been evaluated for any loose diamonds and the prongs have been tightened and the ring fully cleaned and polished.

This ring is part of our Amaranthine collection, which celebrates the ways in which jewelry is everlasting.  This ring was made in the 1950s and was selected by Christine at an antique jewelry show in 2022.
