This sapphire and diamond ring is a wonderful example of the romanticism and craftsmanship of Edwardian-era jewelry. A deep blue natural sapphire surrounded by twelve sparkling old mine cut diamonds sits in an elegant halo-style setting, held in place by delicate yellow gold prongs. The 18k white gold band and the underside of the setting sparkle with hand-engraved details, lending even more amazing character to this beautiful ring.
The sapphire measures approximately 6mm in diameter and weighs 1.29ct
The diamonds each measure about 2.5mm in diameter and weigh a total of 0.65 ctw

Dating to circa 1910, this ring may show signs of wear commensurate with its age. It has been evaluated to ensure the stones are secure and the metal in good condition, and it has been fully cleaned and polished.
