What it's like to work with us.

Conversation

It starts with the questionnaire, then a meeting at the studio or by video. We'll talk through what you're imagining, look at any stones or heirlooms you'd like to use, and get a feel for direction. No pressure, no hard sell. Just a conversation.

Stones + Design

If you don't already have a stone, we'll hand-pick options based on your direction and budget. From there, we move into design — sketches, CAD renderings, and a wax model to review, alongside a final quote. We'll refine until it feels right.

Made for You

Once you approve the design, we begin the work. Most pieces are cast in your chosen metal, then finished by hand at the studio: stones set, surfaces polished, every detail checked.

Delivery

When the piece is ready, you can pick it up at the studio (we love this part) or have it shipped, fully insured. From start to finish, most pieces take 8 to 12 weeks.
