Below you’ll find details on our warranty coverage, care services, returns, lead times, and shipping policies. Please review carefully, and contact us with any questions.

Warranty Coverage

Stórica Studio provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects under normal wear conditions. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the issue will be resolved by repair or replacement at the discretion of our repair team.

Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper use, accidents, or neglect.
  • Bent rings, worn prongs, and damage resulting from impact, excessive force or chemical exposure are not covered.
  • This warranty is void if repairs, resizing, or alterations are performed by another jeweler. Stórica Studio does not reimburse third-party repair costs.
  • Warranty services are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser or gift recipient.
Jewelry Care & Wear Reminder

Fine jewelry is designed for everyday enjoyment, but not for every activity. Rings and chains are especially vulnerable to damage from impact, pressure, and chemicals. We recommend removing jewelry during exercise, weight lifting, manual labor, home improvement, swimming, or cleaning. Regular professional inspections help extend the life of your piece.

Complimentary Services

In addition to warranty coverage, we are pleased to offer the following complimentary maintenance services as a courtesy to our clients. These services do not extend or replace warranty coverage.

  • Complimentary Ring Resize: Rings valued over $1,000 include one complimentary resize of ± one size within the first year of purchase. Resizing beyond ± one size will be quoted prior to work being completed.
  • Free Cleaning & Inspection: Complimentary cleaning and inspection is offered for the lifetime of your jewelry to help ensure stones remain secure and to identify any recommended maintenance.
  • Complimentary Setting Tightening: Tightening of loose stones is included at no cost within the first year.
  • Complimentary Accent Stone Replacement: Covers replacement of accent gemstones or diamonds under 3mm in size within the first year.

Welded (Infinity) Jewelry Warranty

Welded bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and add-ons are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

30-Day Infinity Jewelry Warranty

  • Complimentary re-welds and repairs within 30 days of purchase
  • One complimentary replacement if welded jewelry is lost within 30 days

After 30 days, re-welds and repairs are $10. Lost welded jewelry after this period is the customer’s responsibility to replace.

Insurance Recommendations

Our warranty is not a substitute for personal insurance coverage. We strongly recommend insuring fine jewelry through a reputable insurance provider. Appraisal services are available upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days of receipt for finished jewelry from our One-of-a-Kind, Core Style, and Vintage & Antique collections.

Store credit is issued as a digital or physical gift card and may be applied toward a future purchase.

Final Sale Items Include:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order jewelry
  • Loose gemstones
  • Items altered in any way, including resizing or engraving

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Stórica Studio is not responsible for lost return shipments without confirmed delivery. Please contact us before returning any item to receive instructions.

In-Stock Jewelry

Ships within 2–3 business days. Please allow up to 10 additional days for resizing one-of-a-kind rings.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Ships within 7–10 business days unless otherwise noted.

Bespoke Jewelry

  • Consultation: Virtual or in-person
  • Design: 3–4 weeks
  • Production: 4–5 weeks
  • Total timeline: Approximately 7–9 weeks

All shipments include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Orders under $250: Free USPS First Class Mail
  • Orders over $500: Free USPS Priority Mail (1–4 business days)
  • Orders over $1,000: Free UPS Next Day Air (insured, signature required). Orders over $1,000 do not ship on Fridays.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred at import.

  • Canada: USPS First Class ($12.50) or Priority ($35, 6–10 business days)
  • Rest of World: USPS First Class ($25)
