How it works.
01 Bring it in
Stop by during open hours or schedule a time that works for you. We don't quote sight unseen. We'd rather look at the piece with you and talk through what's possible.
02 Estimate
We examine the piece at the bench and give you a clear quote. If something isn't worth doing, we'll tell you. The decision is yours.
03 At the bench
Once you approve the quote, the work begins. Most repairs take 7 to 14 days, depending on the job.
04 Delivery
Pick up at the studio, or have it shipped fully insured. We'll let you know the moment your piece is ready.
Beyond Repair
Heirloom renewal.
When a piece is past mending, or you've outgrown its shape, we'll reimagine it. Bring us the antique pieces collecting dust, or the gems you've been holding onto. We melt down the old gold, lift the stones, and carry them forward into something you'll actually wear.
Part of our bespoke jewelry service.
