Relic Hoops | Handmade Sandcast Hoop Earrings in Sterling Silver

Relic begins the old way, with molten silver poured by hand into a mold of packed sand in our Seattle studio. As the metal cools, the sand leaves behind a sparkling, granular texture that catches the light like a sea-worn stone, so no two pairs are ever quite the same. Each hoop is then finished at the bench, one at a time.

They are made to feel like something you found and kept: a little ancient, a little wild, and entirely your own. Choose a petite huggie for every day, or a larger hoop with real presence.

• About 2.5mm wide from the front
• Small: about 12 to 14mm inner diameter
• Large: about 25 to 30mm inner diameter
• Post with butterfly backs
• Each pair is handmade, so texture and size vary slightly
• Made to order in our studio, please allow about 2 to 3 weeks

Sterling silver naturally darkens over time, which only deepens the texture. A quick polish with a soft cloth brings back its shine whenever you like.
